STEP BY STEP PROCESS 1. WhatsApp Your Request Start by sending us a message with details about your jewelry and the issue. Please include: - Your name and email address - Details about the piece, with pictures of the damage if possible - A description of the repair or alteration needed - Your (new) size Our goldsmith, Mariene, will assess the possibilities and provide a quotation within 24 hours. 2. Costs Repair fees vary based on the complexity of the work. After assessing your piece, we’ll send you a detailed quotation, including the following if applicable: - Cost of repair - Cost of additional materials (e.g., gemstones or clasps) - Optional polishing or cleaning Once the quotation is approved, payment can be made via a secure payment link. 3. Drop-Off or Shipping Drop off your jewelry at our atelier in Amsterdam-West, or securely ship it to us. For drop-offs, you’re welcome to use our mailbox if we’re not available. Delivery Repairs typically take about 3 workdays to complete. Once your jewelry is ready, we’ll notify you and arrange for pick-up or registered shipping (track and trace included).
