MELT DOWN AND REDESIGN YOUR OLD JEWELRY Gold prices are reaching new highs—why let unused or broken gold jewelry sit idle? Transform it into a custom-made piece that’s truly yours. Whether you’re looking to create a unique design, use old heirlooms for wedding bands, or craft matching jewelry with friends, we’re here to help. Contact us via WhatsApp to arrange an appointment for drop-off or shipping. STEP BY STEP PROCESS 1. WhatsApp Your Request Send us a message with details about your gold and your design idea. Please include: - Your name, email phone number and address - Details about the original piece, best to send a picture - Inspiration, pictures, or drawings of your desired design - Your size (e.g., ring or necklace length) Our goldsmith Mariene will assess the possibilities and provide a quotation within 24 hours. 2. Costs We will begin by weighing your gold to calculate how much is required for your desired design. Please note that approximately 5% of the gold is typically lost during the melting and crafting process. If additional gold is needed, it will be charged based on the current gold price. Should there be any gold remaining after the process, we can either create an additional piece for you or return the surplus. Melting Fee: €100 per piece Additional Gold if needed: Charged per gram (based on current gold price). Optional Gemstones: Available at extra cost 3. Drop-Off or Shipping You can drop off your gold at our atelier in Amsterdam-West or securely ship it to us via registered mail. For drop-offs, you’re welcome to use our mailbox if we’re unavailable. Delivery Once your design is finalized and approved by payment, we’ll begin crafting your piece. Most designs are ready within 1-2 weeks.
