RETURN POLICY Please note that we are unable to be held liable for the loss of jewelry being returned. We recommend using a registered postal service to return goods and keeping a record of the tracking details. To make sure your return is processed correctly follow these steps: - The item(s) must be in original condition and cannot be worn or damaged - Shipped in original packaging - Refunds will be issued 24 after receiving, excluding original shipping cost. - Return shipping costs are for one's own account, easiest is to download the QR code in your Track & Trace overview. - If you wish to exchange, send us a message. We can settle the costs with your next order. - The item cannot be a custom made item. Luna-Sol will release the money, excluding shipping costs, back into your account within one workday after receiving your return. EXCHANCE Do you wish to change the item for another item? No problem! Just send us an email or Whatsapp message. You can choose to order the new item of choice at Luna-sol.nl. That way we'll transfer the money of your first order back into your account within 24 hours after receiving the item. Or we can send you a new invoice with only the addition costs. If you wish to change the item in person, please notify us before you are coming to our Atelier. CUSTOM MADE / REPAIRS Not satisfied with a custom made item? Never hesitate to contact us. As these items are made per order, they unfortunately are non-refundable. But we can always see what we can change to the design just so it fits your wishes.

Cancelation of the orderIf you wish to change or cancel your order please make sure to notify me within 3 hours by sending a Whatsapp message. When notifying me later than 3 hours, it is possible production has started or the order is already on its way to you. We will handle according to our return policy and all information stated in ‘Return or Exchange’ is applicable. Any extra costs made on shipping will not be covered or reimbursed by Luna-Sol. Duties & TaxesOccasionally, dependant on the country that you live in and the relevant import laws, other duties and taxes may be payable. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

SilverPlease note that your silver jewelry can get darker when worn. 925 sterling silver jewelry oxidizes naturally with air and humidity. You can clean the jewelry about once a month with a silver polishing cloth, this removes the oxidation and makes your jewelry shiny again. If you do not wear the jewelry, we advice you to keep it in a closed jewelry box or bag. If you need to clean the stones, you can use a baby toothbrush to come to the hard to reach places that collect dust. Never use toothpaste or cleaning solutions with chemicals. And uuhm, remember to close the drain if you sink. Rinse your jewelry in warm water, let it dry completely and buff with our polishing cloth. Avoid using tissues, because they might contain tiny wood particles that can scratch the silver surface.

3 micron 14K gold platingAll 14K gold plated items have a 3 micron layer of 14kt gold on sterling silver. This is the thickest possible layer a plater can plate. We strongly advice to not wear your piece during sleep, sports or showering. Especially watch out with perfume. The amount of its wear out depend on the way you treat the jewelry. When you are not wearing the jewelry it is best to keep it in a closed box. Please note that Luna-Sol gives no guaranty the golden layer will stay on forever. As the wear of depents on several factors (such the PH values of the skin and the way you treat the product) it is not measurable how long the plating will last. If ever a piece turns silver Luna-Sol can replace it with a new layer of 14k gold. Price differentiates per piece. Just make an appointment on our services page and Mariene will let you know when you can expect your freshly plated piece back with you. Once we received the request, we'll check the possibilities + material costs and send a qoute within one work day. We'll email you the quote. If approved, we'll start production as soon as we receive your piece. You can drop this off in our Atelier in Amsterdam West or have it shipped.

14K solid goldThe good thing about gold is that it is a very durable material, that can be recycled multiple times. We are very proud to announce that all of our 14K gold is recycled gold from previous designs. If it is properly taken care of, gold jewelry will keep its timeless luster, last a lifetime and remain a great investment piece for future generations. We do have some tips to maintain its beauty: about once a month clean your gold jewelry with some mild detergent and lukewarm water, using your fingers or a soft cloth. Use fo the item and warrantyWe give our customers a 6 month warrenty on all our items. Just email us, and let us know what is broken so we can find a way to fix the problem. All of the pieces made by Luna-Sol are fine and delicate and should be handled and worn with much care. The warranty is void if the product shows a defect which is caused by improper use, if you or others have made or attempted to make changes to the product or used it in a way for which the article is not intended. Luna-Sol cannot be held liable for any losses of complete jewelry or parts of the jewelry like stones or charms. A loss is always based on multiple factors and cannot indicate the quality of the work or the way it has been made by Luna-Sol. Please note that we can not give any warrenty on our golden plating. As the wear of depents on several factors (such the PH values of the skin and the way you treat the product) it is not measurable how long the 3micron golden plating will last. GemstonesWant to check what gemstone fits your personal story? Read more about our birthstones on our gemstone page. Recently there has been a lot of news about the autenticity of gemstones. We are proud to say that all gemstones we use are certified with an ICA (international colored gemstones association) N or E quality mark. These are 2 of the highest possible codes out of 7 codes the ICA gives out. N=Natural untreated (except grinding) E=Improved for example by heating, which happens in about 90% of the corundums, or made clearer with colorless wax or oil. We cannot pinpoint the original source of each gemstone but we rely on our internationally well known wholesalers. For more info about the origin of our gemstones read our gemstone page.

ResizingPlease measure very carefully before making an order. If needed you can order the ring sizer in our webshop. You will be responsible for all postage & redelivery charges for resizing. If you are unsure about which size to order before purchasing, please contact Mariene for assistance. Ring SizingNot sure about your ring size? We’ve got you covered! Order a ring sizer to measure your fingers for a perfect fit. We will send this ring sizer with a postal envelope within two working days. So, keep an eye on your mailbox! How do you know which ring size you have? Just make sure the small belt fits around your finger and you can move it on and off in that same size. Read the perimeter in the small magnifying glass and check your size. For example: the hand in the picture shows 50mm her size would be size 16.Want to double check your size? Measure the diameter of your ring or sizer with a ruler. This should be the same size in mm as your ring size.
